Return/Exchange Policy
New and unworn/unused items purchased online or in store are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. Olive and Finn must be notified within 7 days of the delivery and all original tags must be attached. All return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package.
Shipping
All purchases will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of order via USPS First Class and USPS Priority. Customers will be sent a tracking number once the order has been processed. First Class Mail will take anywhere from 1-5 days (depending on your location) to ship once the order has been processed. Priority Mail will take anywhere from 1-3 days (depending on your location) to ship once the order has been processed. Olive and Finn is not responsible, nor liable for any package that is lost or damaged once the package has been shipped. Lost or damaged packages must be reported to whichever carrier handled the delivery.
